On arrival at the school, students are required to take a placement test in order for the school to understand their correct level of English. After the test, students will be given an orientation and then they can begin their classes. At the end of completing each course book, students will be tested and this will allow the school to ascertain whether the student is ready to move up to the next level.

If a student is not happy with their class, they are welcome to discuss the situation with their teacher or student welfare staff.
